Religion

It's funny how these 6 little words can make my heart go pitter-patter... And I think I will stand by this for many years to come.

Have a fantastic day today everybody and a wonderful weekend, too. xoxo

PS. I may seem a bit 'stifling' from all these posts, but I'm really not [so I was told!]. In real life, I'm actually a fun person [with a big potty mouth] to be around. teehee!

Goodwill is all we need.

*sings That's me in the corner, that's me in the spotlight losing my religion..... NOT

On a rough ride to Heaven...

You seem to have a strange way of running on a parallel track to my thought's de jour. Very strange. Did you by chance implant a sensor in my brain while I slept one night?

Baby baby!

Urspo:

I would concur to that
It is comforting that with few exceptions, most religions are about love at their centre.
I heard once "good religion makes you love God. IT is bad religion if it makes you fear'.

As Randy on American Idol would say: "Right on, dog."

Matt:

Very true.

H.H. the Dalai Lama says:

Religion is like going out to dinner with friends. Everyone may order something different, but everyone can still sit at the same table.

This is my simple religion:
There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy.
Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.

Where do I sign up? :)

How true, how true, how very true!

A good thought; a good religion.

Amen, Sistah!
