I used to be a photography major... Some of the pictures above are within the last few years, and most others are prior to 2000. I loved photography, though I only took a few courses. I wasn't good at approaching people to take their pictures, and I didn't know too many peeps to begin with, so I only photographed myself. Not that I'm narcissistic, but in a way, I might be?! *shrug* Back in the days, I seemed to be younger than most folks, but now, it's the other way around! ahaha! *cough cough*
Some of the photos are a bit silly [I couldn't help it, I was sooo much younger then! :-)], and the others are even more so. But it's always good to remember... Don't you think? So I might take a new one today, and years from now, from it -- maybe I'll get to remember today.
Toodles noodles!

Your photographs are quite stunning. I think you should give it another go. One thing I've learned about art of any kind--be it with paint, camera, or pen--is that you need to give yourself permission to create bad art without judging yourself. I often find that when I do this, something brilliant sneaks through.
Hmm.. these days, I only have a generic 3.1MP digital camera. It's not really my passion anymore.. I don't do anything for print, I just do it for the web, pretty much here pictures for my journal. It is kinda nice to put these pictures up here, because I don't have anything in print. They're here to stay, and here they shall remain! Thanks Jef! You're so sweet!

I definately have my faves: The upside-down crazy hair w/butterfly, half-face with tree in background, and the blond headshot w/negative (is that good Robert/bad Robert?)
Some are also disturbiung/provacative. Awesome job, friend.

Great shots, and you look great in all of them as well. Some people think "auto-photography" is a form of vanity, but I think it's a great way of knowing yourself better and actually getting a sense of what you look like that a mirror can never tell you. It takes some bravery to do it, and it's something I started around age 5.
