Driving

Being on the freeway every morning, sometimes I see people zoom by really, really fast, just to brake and get behind someone else. For what I wonder?!? And especially the wee-hour in the morning... No one wants to kill himself [or others] for going to work.

Then I got to think: We are always going places, but sometimes are we even ready when we finally get there? *shrug* :-)

I believe one should enjoy the journey as much as the destination. Are we ready when we get there? Sometimes it's more to do with deciding you're ready than any preparation.

I heard Nada Surf's version of "Blonde on Blonde" earlier this year in a German movie, and I immediately downloaded it from iTunes. I play it a lot. When I listen to it, it makes me feel....

Some people get so bored that they need to feel some danger. Maybe that's what makes them feel alive? If so, they seriously need to look at their lives and find some more fun! :)

I like that hurrying up to reincarnate comment. Only you robert, only you.....

I chuckle when some drivers do that. Good luck on getting faster jerk! j/k Though I hope sometimes, they have a legit reason in doing so

i let'em drive by; life is fast enough anyway
and i find it odd that people are in so fast a rush to get to work and pass time.

It drives me crazy when people do that!

Well Robert I am going to regift a comment that you placed on my blog a while ago. I think it's very fitting. : )

"Y’know there’s a saying in Cantonese for people who are going really fast [as in driving]… that literally means they’re ‘hurrying up to reincarnate’… silly eh?"

Drive safe buddy!

In the end we all end up at the same red light.
