Aurora Borealis

Aurora.

This file is aptly named by Robert Penner... one of the Flash downloads that I kept way back when. I love colors... They inspire and provoke our senses! I only wish that I'm good with coordinating them. I suck. And that's why a lot of times I just stick with good ol' black, white n' gray. Is gray a color? Or is it a shade? I took Color & Design back in college and I don't remember a lick!

To this day I'm still not quite sure what I'm really good at... As far as coming up with color schemes, writing codes, decorating and such, I really have no idea what I'm doing. I guess I'm semi-decent on putting things together as in layout, but that's about it. I'm quite an amateur when trying to coordinate colors together. With that said, I should go get myself a color wheel. And you know my life was just about all grays before Alec came along. He's made all the difference in my life. :-) You might say that he's my aurora borealis! Love you B! Have a great Sunday everyone!!

Pua:

What you are good at:

Being kind.
Being especially human and soulful.
Being a good friend.
Putting words together that form art.
Putting art together that forms words.
Encouragement.
Empathy.
Being a beautiful person.

Being.

I tend to coordinate with too much sage and burgundy, which needs to change. I think we're in the same boat. Many times it's a matter of taking risks and making the change.

btw: happy birthday to me. So, have a drink on me, in remembrance.

will:

You are a master of the most exquisite lightness of being, in all you say, and in all you do.

You will find a place in this professional world that is calling out to your sense of exquisitness.

Yes you are good at it. My new thing is brown and pink accent.

mike w.:

yeah same here, I can't color coordinate for nuts :P have a great Sunday there!

And it DOES remind me of the Northern Lights! I loved living in Anchorage when we'd go out in the backyard on cold winter nights and just stare forever up into the sky at the moving and changing of the lights.....

Sam:

silly me. i thought all that business about working on your portfolio meant you were a designer! Steven tells me you aren't a designer? Well, regardless, you do have a great sense of design (and style too... loved those photos that week with all the different ties and nice photoshop tricks :-)
